First time car buyer so already quite daunting but Bill has been fantastic from the beginning  before I committed to buying, during the buying process and post sale. He has been professional and supportive. Quite literally showing me how to drive the car (automatic when I've been driving manual), to the gizmos and tech inside the car that my old banger never had. He was always contactable if I had questions including after the sale and delivery of the car including linking me in with his mechanic who worked on the car when I had specific questions and his mechanic was equally lovely and helpful. They made what could be a stressful experience into a relatively stressful free one and now I'm gleefully driving around in my posh newish car loving my car, and I'm sure the positive experience buying the car helped significantly in that. Bill also did the DVLA registration which I wasn't expecting and thought was a nice gesture as one less thing to do when I got the car and it was delivered and parked on my drive for me so I didn't even need to collect it.

I have just bought a Mini Cooper from Bill over at Carderi sales, and this was a distance sale as we are 160 miles from their showroom. Clearly when distance buying you need to trust that the car is as described in all aspects, and be able to trust the dealer. I can honestly say that I have nothing but positive comments to say about my whole experience of dealing with Bill. He went out of his way to send me full service details and show me around the car remotely. The delivery price was very fair offering the first 100 miles free, and then on the day of delivery he and his father even took the car to be valeted before arriving at our house as the trip up had been wet. The car was also great value ! Well done Bill, it was a pleasure. Martin
